Grommet Kits

The SignTextile Grommet Kit is a practical accessory for repairing, replacing, or adding grommets to vinyl banners, mesh banners, indoor banners, pole banners, and other compatible materials.

Grommets can occasionally become damaged or pull out due to wind, repeated installation, transportation, or everyday wear. Keeping a grommet repair kit available allows you to make quick repairs without replacing an entire banner, helping extend the usable life of your graphics.

The kit includes the essential tools and components needed to install replacement grommets by hand. It is especially useful for events, outdoor advertising, trade shows, businesses, and organizations that regularly install and reuse banners.

Easy Grommet Installation

1. Place the back side of the banner hem on the included cutting block.

2. Position the hole cutter where the new grommet will be installed and use a hammer to create the opening.

3. Place the grommet base on the cutting block and position the grommet through the newly created hole.

4. Place the grommet washer over the back side and use the insert handle to secure the two pieces together.

5. Apply firm hammer strikes, rotating the tool slightly between strikes until the grommet is securely fastened.

Once installed, the replacement grommet provides a new reinforced attachment point for ropes, bungee cords, hooks, or other compatible banner mounting hardware.
