Refund & Return Policy – SignTextile
At SignTextile, many of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each order. Because of the personalized nature of these products, our return and refund policy is different from standard retail items.
By placing an order with SignTextile, you agree to the terms below.
1. Custom Products (Important)
All custom printed products are made according to the design, size, and specifications provided by the customer.
For this reason:
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or there is a printing error caused by SignTextile.
Customers are responsible for reviewing design, spelling, colors, and sizes before approving their order.
2. Order Approval Responsibility
Before production begins, customers must ensure:
The design is correct
The size and measurements are accurate
The colors and layout are approved
Once production starts, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
SignTextile is not responsible for errors in artwork or information provided by the customer.
3. Color & Print Variations
Please note:
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing methods, and material differences.
Minor variations are not considered defects.
Because of this, color differences are not eligible for refunds.
4. Quality Issues or Printing Errors
If you receive a product that has:
Printing mistakes
Manufacturing defects
Damage during production
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
After review, we may offer:
Free replacement
Partial refund
Store credit
5. Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
If the wrong size was ordered by the customer, refunds or returns are not accepted.
If SignTextile produced the wrong size compared to the order, we will replace the product.
6. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged package and product
We will work with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by SignTextile.
